Secretarul de stat din ministerul Energiei avertizează asupra majorării facturilor la energie din toamnă, din cauza crizei energetice

Cristian Bușoi, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Energy, stated that Romania's energy crisis may lead to a 10-15% increase in electricity bills due to reliance on high-priced imports. He emphasized that the ongoing energy emergency, exacerbated by the shutdown of the Cernavodă nuclear reactor, could significantly impact contract renegotiations in the fall. If the crisis lasts more than two weeks, the effects on consumer prices could be substantial. However, Romania has reserve production capacities available, such as the Rovinari 4 energy group, to mitigate shortages.
