Seceta și războaiele lovesc în prețurile alimentelor. Ce produse ar putea costa mai mult din această toamnă
Global food prices are expected to rise significantly due to droughts, heatwaves, and increased energy and fertilizer costs, with cereals, fruits, vegetables, and dairy being most affected. Analysts predict an 11.8% increase in food prices this year, with the impact visible in stores by autumn. The ongoing wars in Ukraine and the Middle East are exacerbating supply chain disruptions, particularly affecting grain exports. Wheat prices are projected to rise by 36% by 2026, impacting processed food prices as well. Fresh produce prices may reflect these changes within two to three months, while processed food prices could see effects in six to nine months.
