Secetă pe Dunăre: Centrala nucleară Paks, la un pas de oprire / Intervenții de urgență în Ungaria

Hungary is diverting water to the Danube and sinking barges to raise the river's low levels and prevent a nuclear plant shutdown. Authorities have started controlled sinking of two barges near Paks to create a temporary dam. A permanent dam project is also underway, approved by the government after expert recommendations. Critical days are expected as the river's level may drop further, but rain is anticipated to improve conditions soon. Romania has also declared a state of emergency due to low river levels, attempting similar measures to raise the Danube.
