Se toarnă grinzile pentru noua platformă de belvedere de pe Tâmpa • Administrație Biz Brasov

The Brașov City Hall has contracted the renovation of the Tâmpa viewing platform, which was in advanced decay and posed risks to tourists. The contractor has three months to complete the technical project and execute the works, which are currently underway. Emergency documentation was prepared alongside the construction, and the Historical Monuments Commission has issued its approval, noting the need for archaeological supervision. The chosen solution is a laminated wood platform, environmentally friendly and quick to build. Rainwater drainage will be implemented, with a total project cost of 1,021,282.75 lei excluding VAT. The platform dates back to around 1905, originally part of the Bethlen restaurant, which was destroyed by fire in 1977, leaving only the viewing area.
