This program aims to improve 221 kilometers of networks, focusing on sewage systems, and includes measures to prevent flooding. The mayor emphasized the necessity of these investments for adapting to climate change and technological advancements, noting that the tariff increase will result in an additional cost of approximately 28 lei per family. The program is expected to yield benefits over the next decade.
