Se schimbă votul în România. AEP vrea urne inteligente și să se renunțe la ștampila „VOTAT”. Cum ar funcționa totul

The Romanian Electoral Authority plans significant changes to the voting process, including the elimination of the 'VOTAT' stamp and traditional stickers on ID cards. They are considering introducing smart ballot boxes that can scan and count votes automatically. A pilot project will test new technologies this fall. The authority aims to simplify ballots, reducing their size and complexity, and is seeking expanded legal powers to enhance its role in the electoral process. Additionally, reforms are planned for the Electoral Experts Corps to improve training and efficiency. AEP also intends to boost democratic education programs to counter misinformation among youth.
