Se schimbă regulile de divorţ pentru părinţii cu copii. Condiţia care ar putea deveni obligatorie

New divorce regulations may soon require parents with children to use lawyers, even for amicable separations. This proposal aims to safeguard children's interests during divorce proceedings. The initiative, led by the National Union of Bar Associations in Romania, mandates legal assistance for divorcing parents with minors. If parents cannot afford a lawyer, they may qualify for free legal aid, provided their income meets specific criteria. Additional measures may also be introduced to enhance child protection in these cases. The bill has been submitted to the Senate for parliamentary debate.
