Se schimbă radical regulile pentru românii care merg în instanțe să-și rezolve problemele. Ce procese vor fi prioritare și care vor trece pe „liste de așteptare”

The Superior Council of Magistracy in Romania has established new norms for court case management, effective from September 2023. Each judge will handle a set number of cases annually, with a gradual increase planned until 2028. The new procedures prioritize certain types of cases and introduce a waiting list for those exceeding daily capacity. The aim is to balance the workload among judges and improve case processing efficiency. However, the changes have faced criticism from legal professionals who argue that they may lead to delays in justice.
