Se schimbă bancnotele euro. Europenii pot alege cum vor arăta noii bani până pe 21 septembrie

The Euro banknotes are set for a major design change, with public consultation ending on September 21. Citizens can choose between two themes: "European Culture" featuring famous personalities and "Rivers and Birds" focusing on biodiversity. The ECB has shortlisted ten designs, and public voting is encouraged. The Euro, adopted in 1999 for electronic transactions and in 2002 for physical currency, is now the official currency of 21 EU member states and is used by around 334 million Europeans daily.
