The commune of Sânpetru is undergoing significant infrastructure improvements with ongoing water and sewage network modernization projects. Two distinct projects are being implemented, one funded by the European Union and the other by local authorities. The works are affecting traffic temporarily but are expected to enhance the quality of life and environmental protection. Currently, ten streets are scheduled for work, with some projects already completed. The total investment for the water company’s project is over 26.9 million lei, aiming to extend water distribution and sewage networks significantly. Additionally, the local administration is expanding networks on three more streets, with a budget of 1.5 million lei. Notifications will be sent to property owners regarding service connections once the works are completed.
