The Evangelical Parish of Cisnădioara will celebrate the reconsecration of the St. Michael Church after urgent roof repairs. This Romanesque church, nearly 850 years old, is Romania's oldest preserved monument of pure Romanesque architecture. Restoration efforts included replacing damaged tiles and repairing the roof, involving over 150 craftsmen and volunteers. The event on September 27 will feature a regional pilgrimage, a reconsecration service, speeches, and an exhibition about the church's history and restoration project.
