Se reiau cezarienele la Spitalul din Salonta: gravidele nu vor mai fi trimise la Oradea

After nearly five months without performing cesarean sections, Salonta Municipal Hospital has regained permission to conduct such surgeries. The Bihor Health Directorate reclassified the Obstetrics-Gynecology and Neonatology departments to level 1B, following the approval of on-call lines and new contracts with doctors. This change comes after the hospital lost its ability to perform cesareans due to staffing issues and stricter regulations. The hospital has now established necessary on-call lines and hired additional medical staff to ensure comprehensive care. Starting September 9, the hospital will be able to treat various gynecological surgical conditions and perform cesarean sections again, allowing local pregnant women to receive care without being referred to Oradea.
