Lithuanian company Girteka has registered its first truck in Romania and is hiring professional drivers with monthly net salaries between €3,060 and €3,500. The company aims to expand its operations in Romania to strengthen its European network and adapt to the changing transport market. Girteka is looking for drivers with a CE license who speak Russian or English for cargo transport across Europe. The company has established a branch in Oradea and plans to relocate some operations to Latvia and Romania due to the ongoing shortage of professional drivers. Girteka, founded in 1996, has been active in Romania since the 2000s but recently established a local presence.
