The Port of Constanța is currently installing modern weight motion systems at key truck access points, focusing on Gate 10. Initial scales have been set up at Gates 7 and 10 bis, with ongoing work at Gates 10 and 14. The project includes hardware components and software development for sensor integration, enabling vehicle weighing up to 200 tons at speeds between 5 and 90 km/h. This system aims to improve traffic management by providing centralized data to predict congestion and redirect trucks accordingly.
