Traffic on the Friendship Bridge Giurgiu-Ruse will be temporarily halted for all vehicles on September 27 from 11:00 to 12:00 due to the Free Spirit Run event. The Bulgarian authorities notified that the ninth edition of the international race will take place, involving around 450 participants crossing the bridge. The event will run from 11:00 to 13:00, necessitating the traffic interruption. Border police will coordinate with Romanian and Bulgarian authorities to manage traffic and advise travelers to plan accordingly and follow official instructions.
