Se înmulțesc fraudele cu credite bancare, sunt zeci de cazuri în fiecare lună - MĂRTURII - Economica.net
This year, consumers submitted over 170 requests to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center for Banking (CSALB) regarding banking fraud. Many cases involve consumers being defrauded by cybercriminals who took loans in their names after gaining access to personal information. Consumers often unknowingly provided access to their accounts, leading to significant financial losses. CSALB is analyzing cases where individuals contracted loans to invest in cryptocurrencies or cover other debts. Unfortunately, banks typically reject these conciliatory requests, citing ongoing police investigations and the fact that fraudsters did not breach bank security systems. Selected cases illustrate the complexity of these scams, with losses reaching up to €20,000. CSALB aims to raise awareness and prevent future fraud attempts by sharing these stories.
