Se dublează cota urșilor care pot fi împușcați. Nicușor Dan a promulgat legea după ce Parlamentul i-a respins obiecțiile

President Nicușor Dan has enacted a law that significantly increases the number of brown bears that can be hunted. Despite his objections regarding the levels set for 2026 and 2027, Parliament maintained the original form of the law. The new regulations double the intervention quota for bears, allowing for 110 bears to be hunted in 2026, up from 55. The law aims to prevent attacks on humans and property damage caused by bears, while also establishing rules for the management of hunted bears. Dan expressed concerns that the law should ensure both community safety and species protection, arguing against a numeric quota becoming a hunting target. However, Parliament did not adopt his proposed changes, leading to the law's promulgation as initially drafted.
