Two new road passages on Calea Aradului in Oradea will be inaugurated on August 17, 2026, improving traffic flow in a busy area. A press conference will precede the opening, featuring local officials and representatives from construction companies. The underground passage measures 406 meters and connects Jumbo and ERA shopping areas, while the overpass spans 535 meters, facilitating access to nearby commercial centers. Both projects are funded by European funds and are part of a larger initiative to enhance local infrastructure. With this inauguration, six out of eight planned passages will be operational.
