Prior to this, checks on the system's tightness will be conducted by the local heating service. The municipality advises residents to ensure their internal installations are functional and secure to prevent flooding. Any unfinished work or defects in the installations must be addressed before heating starts, as the operator will not be liable for damages caused by faulty systems.
