The modernization of Dacia Boulevard, which began a month ago, will extend for approximately three more weeks. Construction includes road resurfacing and parking reconfiguration, but the exact number of parking spots remains uncertain. Recent asphalt work was completed to minimize traffic disruption as schools reopen. The project also involves electrical network upgrades, with completion dependent on other utility operators. Currently, 20 parking spots will be removed to create a bike lane, while some parking may be relocated. Protests from residents led to the decision to keep a vehicle access point open despite initial plans to close it.
