Rents have surged by nearly 40% compared to last year, while diesel prices have increased by over 37%. The National Institute of Statistics reported that after three months of decline, inflation has resumed its upward trend. Significant price hikes are noted in rents, fuel, and services. Additionally, food prices have also risen, with coffee, eggs, and cooking oil seeing the highest increases. However, some products like fresh fruits and potatoes have become cheaper. Overall, the average price increase over the past year stands at 9.2%.
