Scumpirile din benzinării au intrat în vizorul ANPC. Amenzi de minimum 100.000 de lei: prețurile nu pot fi majorate după ora 12:00
The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) has initiated inspections at gas stations nationwide following recent fuel price increases. Inspectors are checking commercial markups and the timing of price changes. Many irregularities have already been found, leading to sanctions against several operators. The inspections focus on compliance with new regulations limiting price increases to once a day before noon. Additionally, ANPC is analyzing the commercial markups of fuel distributors, comparing them to the average from 2025. Violations can result in significant fines, especially for large distributors. This campaign follows a period of rapid price hikes, despite government interventions to reduce fuel taxes.
