The average price for diesel in Bucharest is now between 10.86 and 10.92 lei per liter. Factors influencing these price hikes include international oil market trends, refining costs, and taxes. Despite fluctuations in crude oil prices, the costs at the pump do not adjust immediately due to various logistical and fiscal elements. A full tank of diesel now costs approximately 545 lei, reflecting a 71 lei increase since June. Analysts suggest that sustained price reductions depend on oil market conditions and fiscal policies.
