Hospitals have repeatedly requested assistance from relevant authorities, highlighting that some patients require social care rather than continuous medical treatment. A recent meeting among various institutions aimed to address the situation, which arose after vulnerable individuals were removed from unauthorized centers without adequate placements available. The case began on June 30, when DIICOT raided locations housing 409 vulnerable people, alleging exploitation by the Pașca family.
