The Brașov City Hall aims to streamline the contracting process for public investment design services by establishing a four-year framework agreement. The estimated maximum value is 170,485,000 lei, excluding VAT, with plans to select up to five economic operators for technical documentation. Instead of separate tenders, the City Hall will utilize selected firms under the agreement, organizing competitions for each order. This initiative responds to a significant number of public investment projects in various sectors, including education, urban mobility, and green spaces. The projects align with the city's integrated urban development strategy for 2021-2030.
