Şcoală cu gradiniţă şi bazin de înot în Carrtierul Henri Coandă

The Sector 1 City Hall in Bucharest has initiated a public tender worth 157 million lei for a new multifunctional educational complex in Henri Coandă neighborhood. This investment aims to address the chronic shortage of school infrastructure in the area. The campus will include a school, kindergarten, and swimming pool, built on a 16,797 square meter plot. The project consists of three main buildings: a gymnasium school, a kindergarten, and a sports hall with a swimming pool, along with extensive outdoor facilities. Funding will come from the local budget, and the contract duration is set for 44 months, including design and construction phases.
