Sergiu Oprescu from the European Mortgage Federation pointed out the increasing difficulties young people face in accessing housing across Europe. While Romania currently enjoys favorable housing accessibility, it risks facing similar challenges as other EU countries. Oprescu also discussed the influence of social media on public perception and opinion formation, illustrating this with a reference to a character from Marin Preda's novel.
