Schimbările radicale de la IKEA Băneasa. Se dublează zona magnet a magazinului din București în care intră, în fiecare an, peste două milioane de oameni • Știri București

IKEA Băneasa, the first store opened in Bucharest, will undergo significant renovations with a budget of 60 million euros. The transformation aims to create a modern shopping experience, starting in spring 2027. Key changes include doubling the restaurant area and adding a play area and café. The renovations will be phased to minimize disruption for customers. The store, which attracts over 2.5 million visitors annually, has been a popular destination for its restaurant, known for Swedish meatballs and other dishes. IKEA, founded in 1943, operates over 470 stores worldwide and entered the Romanian market in 2007, currently having three stores and several planning studios and order pickup points in the country.
