Curriculum reforms will prioritize practical learning and critical thinking, while a new national evaluation system will be introduced. Teacher performance will be rewarded through a performance bonus system, replacing the current merit grading. Additionally, the teaching load for new teachers will be reduced, and competitions for school directors and inspectors will be established.
