A new unified agreement commission will be established in Alba County, comprising 29 institutions to streamline construction permit processes. This commission will allow individuals and companies to obtain multiple necessary approvals simultaneously, reducing the time for issuing permits to a maximum of 30 calendar days for complete applications. The commission's operations will be primarily digital, with all documentation submitted electronically. While some approvals must still be obtained independently, the new structure aims to simplify the construction authorization process. A special fee for the unified agreement will be introduced in 2027, replacing the previous commission established in 2021.
