This platform, 'E-Sănătatea Mea', will enable both patients and doctors to view medical records and referrals online. The president of the National Health Insurance House emphasized that both documents will function simultaneously for a while. Patients can transition to the new identity card, which will also serve as their health card, while the existing health cards remain valid during the transition period.
