Schimbări de amploare pentru partidele din România. Ce prevede proiectul de lege propus de AEP

The Permanent Electoral Authority proposes significant reforms to the Political Parties Law, aiming to change the rules for establishing and managing political parties. Key changes include raising the minimum number of founding members from three to 100, shifting registration responsibilities from courts to the AEP, and redefining the legal status of parties. The proposal also introduces stricter rules for party names and internal governance, ensuring transparency and accountability. Additionally, parties may establish a single political foundation for civic education and policy development. The new law is expected to take effect three months after publication, with existing parties given six months to comply.
