Bulevardul Dimitrie Pompeiu in Bucharest will temporarily become one-way to facilitate tram modernization works. This change, requested by Tancrad, will allow traffic from Gara Herăstrău towards Șoseaua Petricani. The project includes the installation of new tram tracks and infrastructure improvements, such as bike lanes and wider sidewalks. Additionally, a pedestrian bridge and a road connection to Șos. Pipera will be constructed to ease traffic congestion. Expropriation procedures for the project have been approved, with an estimated cost of 74 million lei.
