Neculai Lețcanu has taken over as mayor of Țibana after the previous mayor, Gheorghe Rotaru, was removed due to a conflict of interest. The prefect of Iași confirmed the end of Rotaru's mandate based on new integrity laws. When asked about his plans, Lețcanu humorously suggested offering drinks, then mentioned practical tasks like preparing for winter. He acknowledged the responsibilities of leading the local administration.
