This aims to enhance security and reduce credit fraud. Individuals without SPV can still provide written consent. The project will replace an existing ANAF ordinance and includes new obligations for private legal entities requesting information. Banks will be able to access specific tax declarations to assess credit risk. The consent process will be automated to ensure security and compliance with data protection laws. The ordinance is pending approval and publication in the Official Gazette.
