Schimbare importantă pentru prosumatori: modificarea TVA pentru panourile fotovoltaice și bateriile de stocare
An energy association is urging the Romanian Parliament to implement a zero VAT rate for solar panels and batteries, claiming it could attract over 600 million euros in private investments annually. The proposal, inspired by Germany's model, aims to encourage distributed energy production and storage. The association plans to submit a legislative package in the autumn session, targeting systems up to 27 kW and various eligible entities. They estimate that this measure could lead to the installation of around 96,000 new solar systems, significantly boosting energy capacity and reducing reliance on imports. The association argues that the potential budget impact could be offset by taxes from installation companies, promoting energy independence.
