He remains under judicial control after being arrested in November 2025. The case also implicates PNL leaders, including Mihai Barbu, accused of using political influence to secure financial benefits for Bogoș. Cristina Trăilă, a government official, is also implicated for complicity in these actions. The investigation began after serious irregularities were reported at Bogoș's farms, including the sale of contaminated poultry.
