Scandal uriaș pe legea decarbonizării. Centralele pe cărbune nu mai pot fi închise. Pîslaru acuză PSD, Nicușor Dan va contesta legea

The Romanian Chamber of Deputies approved a law on energy sector decarbonization, including an amendment requiring new energy capacities before closing coal plants. Minister Dragoș Pîslaru warned this could jeopardize the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). President Nicușor Dan stated he would not promulgate the law, emphasizing the need to meet national interests and commitments. The law passed with 180 votes in favor, primarily from PSD and AUR, but faced criticism for potentially blocking EU funds. Premier Ilie Bolojan highlighted the risk of losing over a billion euros if PNRR commitments are violated.
