Gendarmes intervened, leading to the immobilization of those causing disturbances and issuing fines totaling 900 lei. The incident occurred around 7 PM, with the authorities emphasizing the importance of following established protocols for public safety. The pilgrimage, running from October 8 to 15, 2026, has seen over a thousand people requiring medical assistance in its first five days. Additionally, around 60,000 stuffed cabbage rolls were prepared for the pilgrims' meal.
