Petișor Peiu, an AUR deputy, highlighted that this marks the 11th consecutive month of decline, particularly affecting hotel services, indicating a collapse in domestic tourism. He criticized the ruling parties for their fiscal and energy policies, which he believes have exacerbated the situation.
