The Bucharest General Council approved six major infrastructure projects, including a tram extension in Unirii Square and a new overpass on Olteniței Road. The tram line will connect key areas and include a new station. Expropriations for the Olteniței overpass were also approved, with a budget of 539,603 lei. Additionally, the Opera Bridge will undergo modernization due to its deteriorating condition, with an estimated cost of 107 million lei. Other projects include the renovation of Grivița and Ion Mihalache boulevards, and a new urban plan for the Ciurel Passage to alleviate traffic congestion.
