Six major construction companies are competing for the rehabilitation of the Administrative Palace in Brașov, which houses the County Council and the Prefect's Institution. The deadline for submitting bids saw six entries, including individual operators and firm associations. The project aims to modernize the building, ensuring safety and energy efficiency, with an estimated execution time of 45 months and a budget of approximately 114 million lei. The rehabilitation will restore the architectural beauty of this historical landmark, enhancing its structural integrity and seismic safety.
