Sărbătoare religioasă 6 septembrie. Duminica a 14-a după Rusalii. Ce minune a fost azi? • Newsweek România

On September 6, the Orthodox Church commemorates the miracle of Saint Archangel Michael in Colossae, where a church was built over a healing spring. A pagan from Laodicea, whose mute daughter was healed by the Archangel's power, constructed the church as a sign of gratitude. Years later, a boy named Arhip dedicated his life to prayer and baptism, leading many to Christ. When pagans attempted to destroy the spring, they were miraculously thwarted by the Archangel, who appeared and commanded the waters to cease. This event is celebrated annually as a testament to divine intervention.
