Şantierul Naval Mangalia, din nou la vânzare: CITR va organiza licitaţii succesive, cu un preţ de pornire de 184 de milioane de euro

CITR will proceed with the sale of the Mangalia Shipyard through auctions, following a recent court ruling. The first auction will start at 184 million euros, with provisions for subsequent rounds if no bidders participate. The aim is to reintegrate the shipyard into the economy and attract investors. The shipyard has faced financial difficulties and was declared bankrupt in April 2026 after a reorganization plan was rejected. Previous sale attempts have failed, but the Romanian state views the shipyard as a strategic asset and seeks to resume industrial activity.
