The project, estimated at 2.88 million lei, aims to replace old pipes with pre-insulated ones on several streets. Offers can be submitted until October 15, with construction expected to start in spring next year. This upgrade addresses historical issues of major failures and aims to improve energy efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. The new network will primarily serve public institutions, with potential re-connection of nearby residential blocks.
