A man from Bihor received a suspended prison sentence for sending an intimate video of his ex-lover's mother to her daughter without consent. He had previously threatened the woman to leave her husband for him. After the woman refused to meet him, he revealed their affair to her husband and sent the video to their daughter via a fake Facebook account. The court found him guilty of blackmail and invasion of privacy, imposing a sentence of 1 year and 2 months in prison, suspended, along with community service and damages to the victim.
