Sanctuar preistoric mai vechi decât Stonehenge, în Cehia

Archaeologists in the Czech Republic have uncovered a prehistoric ritual structure believed to be oriented towards the Sun and Moon, dating back approximately 6,500 years. Located in Chleby, the site features a circular enclosure with a diameter of about 230 meters and twelve access points aligned for astronomical observations. The structure's design suggests it was used to mark significant solar and lunar events, similar to Stonehenge. Over time, its ritual significance diminished, and later excavations revealed burials from the Bronze Age. Ongoing research aims to uncover more about the site's historical usage through soil analysis.
