Salvatorii montani, pregătiți pentru misiuni dificile cu elicopterul. Urmează testul gerului și al zăpezii

Mountain rescuers and air medical teams are training for challenging helicopter interventions, especially in winter conditions. The three-year program includes sessions in cold and snowy weather, with the second training series concluding in Bușteni. Participants include mountain rescuers from across the country and air medical crew from SMURD helicopters, organized by the Department for Emergency Situations and the General Inspectorate of Aviation, with support from Swiss Air-Rescue specialists. The training aims to enhance coordination and efficiency in mountain rescue operations, with 463 air-supported rescues conducted in Romania over the past three years, highlighting the importance of aerial support in these missions.
