Salt de 77%: Investițiile românești în străinătate ating un maxim istoric de 1,5 miliarde de euro

Romania's foreign investments reached a historic high of 1.5 billion euros in 2025, marking a 76.8% increase. The country attracted 7.9 billion euros in foreign direct investments, a 41.1% rise from 2024, despite a modest GDP growth of 0.7%. The majority of these investments were not in greenfield projects, with only 231 million euros allocated to them. The reinvested profits and intra-group loans contributed significantly to the total, while the capital influx doubled to 3.25 billion euros. The main sectors attracting foreign capital include industry, construction, and commerce, with Germany, Austria, and France being the top investors. Additionally, Romanian investments abroad also surged, primarily directed back to Romania.
