Mozaik Investments has signed an agreement to acquire Fit4U, Oradea's largest fitness network, which includes five gyms. Daniel Bolba, the founder, will remain with the company to oversee the development of the new Urban Fitness network in the region. The acquisition aims to enhance growth and expand the network, with plans for three additional locations by 2027. Mozaik Investments previously acquired other fitness brands and aims to establish a national network of around 100 gyms within the next five to six years. The focus is on providing quality fitness services at affordable prices, leveraging automation and digital services.
